In a move that should surprise no true patriot, a federal judge has stuck her nose where it doesn’t belong, playing politics with our nation’s election security. This time, it’s Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly—a relic of the Clinton era—who’s decided that President Trump’s order to require proof of citizenship for voter registration is somehow unconstitutional. Anyone else smell an agenda?
Trump’s order was straightforward: to ensure only U.S. citizens have a say in our elections. This is a commonsense measure designed to block foreign meddling and uphold our democracy. Yet, the loud voices of the left have once again cried foul, rushing to the courts to challenge it. One might wonder why they are so opposed to ensuring that people legally eligible to vote are actually casting ballots. Could it be because they benefit from the murky shadows of voter fraud?

In her ruling, Kollar-Kotelly argued against Trump’s ability to unilaterally direct changes to federal election procedures. It’s rich how Democrats suddenly remember the Constitution when it suits their purpose while ignoring it when they push their own radical agenda. They claim to champion democracy, yet resist every effort to strengthen its integrity. Hypocrisy, anyone?
As expected, the Trump administration is not backing down. With confidence in the justice of their cause and the support of all true patriots, they plan to appeal this decision. After all, why should American citizens stand by while non-citizens potentially influence our electoral outcomes?
The question we should be asking isn’t about legality. It should be about protecting the sanctity of our elections. Do we want a country where ensuring voter integrity is considered controversial? The stakes are high, and the future of American democracy might just ride on the higher courts deciding to uphold Trump’s sensible order. When will the left put America first, instead of always pandering to the globalist agenda?
