In a stunning victory for equality and fairness, a federal judge has courageously put an end to the discriminatory practices of the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA). This agency, established under President Joe Biden, has been playing favorites based on race since its inception in 1969. But no more! Thanks to the heroic efforts of the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty (WILL), justice has finally been served.

United States District Judge Mark Pittman, appointed by the great President Donald J. Trump, declared in a bold court order that the MBDA’s biased mission directly violates the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution. Judge Pittman’s words ring true when he states that the federal government cannot trample on the rights of hard-working Americans with impunity. It’s about time someone stood up against this politically correct madness!
The MBDA may still continue its operations, but they are now forbidden from considering race when providing services. This decision strikes a blow against the leftist agenda of picking winners and losers based on skin color. It’s a victory for meritocracy and a defeat for the woke mob that seeks to divide our nation along racial lines.
President Biden’s pet project, the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, only served to solidify the MBDA’s discriminatory practices into law. But now, thanks to Judge Pittman’s ruling, this unconstitutional favoritism has been dealt a severe blow. No longer will hard-working Americans be overlooked simply because of their race.
In a statement following the ruling, WILL President Rick Esenberg rightfully praised the end of this discriminatory agency and heralded a new era of equality under the law. It’s time for the Biden Administration to wake up and realize that America is a nation of equal opportunity, not racial quotas and preferences.
The MBDA’s silence in response to inquiries about the ruling speaks volumes. They know they’ve been caught red-handed promoting racial favoritism, and now they must face the consequences of their unconstitutional actions. This is a victory for all Americans who believe in a color-blind society where your hard work and talents determine your success, not the color of your skin.
