BOOM! Take that, Biden! In what can only be described as an absolute smackdown, a federal judge appointed by none other than the great Donald J. Trump has sent the Biden administration packing with their tails between their legs. That’s right, folks, Judge Thomas Kleeh has struck down the Biden administration’s absurd attempt to keep responsible 18 to 20-year-olds from exercising their Second Amendment rights by purchasing handguns.
You see, it all started when two young patriots, Steven Robert Brown and Benjamin Weekley, were unfairly banned from buying guns by the Biden administration’s overreaching and unconstitutional edict. But fear not, my fellow freedom-lovers, because Judge Kleeh, in his infinite wisdom, has declared this ban “facially unconstitutional,” and he’s not having any of it.

Using the good ol’ Second Amendment as his trusty weapon, Judge Kleeh obliterated the government’s feeble attempts to justify their age-based ban, citing the Supreme Court decision in New York State Rifle and Pistol Association Inc. vs. Bruen as his ammunition. He made it crystal clear that the burden falls on the government to prove that any gun control law is consistent with our nation’s historical tradition of firearm regulation, a burden they utterly failed to meet in this case.
And let’s not forget the cherry on top of this victory sundae – the Biden Justice Department’s laughable argument that 18 to 20-year-olds aren’t adults. Give me a break! Thankfully, Judge Kleeh saw right through that nonsense and delivered a resounding victory for Second Amendment rights, especially for our young adults who’ve been unjustly targeted by the left’s anti-gun agenda.
Even the Second Amendment Foundation couldn’t contain their excitement, with executive director Adam Kraut rejoicing over the fact that the government’s unconstitutional handgun prohibition has been exposed for what it truly is – a blatant disregard for our constitutional rights.
So there you have it, folks. Another win for common sense, freedom, and the American way. Let this be a lesson to all those who dare trample on our sacred rights – the Constitution will always prevail, and patriots like Judge Kleeh will be there to defend it every step of the way.
