Judges Shut Down Rogue DC Court Attempt to Punish Trump Administration in Deportation Battle

In the latest showdown between true American leadership and rogue judicial overreach, the DC Circuit Court of Appeals has struck down the absurd attempt to hold the Trump administration in contempt. This move by District Judge James Boasberg was nothing short of a liberal fantasy gone wild. He was trying to punish the administration for deporting Venezuelan migrants to El Salvador under the Alien Enemies Act. Yes, you heard that right—Boasberg wanted to hold the President’s team accountable for enforcing the law designed to protect American citizens.

Boasberg’s claim of probable cause was desperate. His April outburst claimed these deportations were a violation of his previous rulings. Talk about a judge wanting to play president! He initiated contempt proceedings just to flex his judicial muscles. But the appeals court wasn’t having any of it. In a move that should reassure all patriots, they completely dismantled his contempt order. They told him, firmly and clearly, that his willful disregard for the separation of powers had no place in a courtroom.

The decision was a no-brainer. Two heroic judges appointed by Trump himself saw through the nonsense and sided with the administration. Meanwhile, one Obama-era judge dissented, predictably clinging to the progressive narrative. Let this be a lesson to liberal judges who think they can outmaneuver an administration committed to protecting American lives.

Had Boasberg succeeded in his power grab, we could have seen high-ranking officials like Attorney General Pam Bondi and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem facing criminal charges. Imagine the Democrats’ glee if they’d managed to criminalize the actions of a President enforcing the law! It would have been a field day for anti-Trump forces more concerned with advancing globalist narratives than ensuring our nation’s security.

But the fight isn’t fully over yet. The battle over deporting Venezuelans is ongoing, and we must remain vigilant. This contempt case was just one of many attempts by the left to sabotage effective governance. Judges should stick to interpreting the law, not making it up as they go. Who will hold them accountable when they cross the line? If Boasberg’s actions remind us of anything, it’s that judicial activism is alive and well. And it’s time to push back harder than ever.
