In just one week, yet another grand jury in Virginia has chosen not to indict Letitia James, the New York Attorney General, over accusations of mortgage fraud. It seems the justice system bends and twists to excuse Democrats, particularly well-placed ones like James. What about everyday folks who don’t have positions of power or influence? They would see the inside of a courtroom much quicker. Yet, James skates along untouched despite glaring inconsistencies in her claims.
James, a permanent resident of New York and its attorney general, somehow tried to pass off a Virginia home as her primary residence to snag a better mortgage rate. It’s crystal clear what’s happening here—games and loopholes to get financial perks ordinary citizens can’t dream of legally pulling off. The supposed “savings” might seem modest to some, but isn’t it the principle that counts? Apparently, not if you’re part of the liberal elite.
A federal grand jury has again refused to indict Letitia James for mortgage fraud.
I blame this on the ineptness of Pam Bondi and the Justice Department.
This emboldens the Democrats. This is beyond words

Even when the evidence looks harmful, location and context secure certain Democrats from having to answer for questionable activities. Both times, these grand juries operated from ultra-blue pockets. The D.C. suburbs, rich with those who lean left and who often turn a blind eye when their allies break the rules. Should we really expect justice to be served in such a politically skewed arena?
James boasts a lineup of targeted cases against former President Trump, treating his financial dealings like a political piñata. But who holds her to the same scrutiny? There’s a nasty double standard in play, and it’s dangerous. The very fabric of our legal system gets stained when it prioritizes ideology over equality before the law.
How long will the American people stand by as political loyalty overshadows truth and fairness? The system is breaking, and this miscarriage of justice is a symptom. The swamp is protecting its own, but let’s be real—sooner or later, this house of cards will tumble. Are they prepared for that day of reckoning?
