Kaitlan Collins’ Predictable Antics Debunked by Trump Team

Kaitlan Collins has once again proven that she is the star of the mainstream media’s comedy club — a place where the only prerequisite appears to be a complete lack of critical thinking. Watching her antics unfold while she attempts to grill Republicans can be both entertaining and astonishing, much like watching a toddler try to balance a spoon on their nose. The Democrats’ scriptwriters must be running low on material, as they keep leaning on the same tired, failed strategies that haven’t worked since the last time their party was relevant.

Not that resiliency is a strong suit for the left. The Democratic Party, like an old record stuck on repeat, insists on circling the same drain with the press corps in tow. Collins, the latest media face to take up the mantle of Democratic talking points, has been showcasing her talent for regurgitating the same drivel the party has passed down from on high. Her method is not to inform but rather to sell their tired narratives with all the finesse of a sledgehammer.

Take the recent encounters with Karoline Leavitt, White House Press Secretary, where Collins attempted to bulldoze over her with questions about the so-called “Signal group chat.” Watching Leavitt respond to Collins’ relentless questioning was nothing short of delightful. Leavitt’s calm dismissal of Collins’ follow-up question was like watching a skilled matador handle a bull charging wildly from a predictable angle. The fact that Collins couldn’t get her point across must be a distress signal for her producers at CNN – time to consider a role change, perhaps?

With all the squandered attempts at getting a valid response from the Trump administration, one might wonder if Collins is operating under the delusion that her persistence will somehow sway the opinions of America’s “great unwashed.” It’s as if the Democrats think that repetition itself is a magic trick that will make truths appear out of thin air. So far, none of Collins’ questions seem to have garnered any results other than those shaking heads and sly grins from the Republican team, who have actually started to embrace the challenge of dealing with such antics.

Kaitlan Collins is not alone, mind you. She is merely a part of a larger ensemble cast of media figures who seem to share a brain cell — the Single Brain Cell Collective, as some might call it. Her fellow collaborators, like Margaret Brennan, have also tried their hand at the media’s version of whack-a-mole with anyone in Donald Trump’s orbit. Unfortunately for them, the team’s resilience combined with a clear focus on actual governing has left the media looking dysfunctional and floundering in their attempts to hold Trump accountable for non-existent scandals.

In this new era of the Trump administration, there appears to be a masterpass of media-savvy individuals who know how to effectively bat away every smear campaign — turning the tide of public opinion back in favor of sound conservative policy. Perhaps it’s time for the right to establish some form of training camp for Republican candidates to educate them on how best to navigate this hostile media environment. Watching these exchanges is nothing short of a master class in political jujitsu, and Republicans seem to be the ones throwing the media off balance.
