The political circus surrounding Vice President Kamala Harris and her newfound tough talk on border security is proving to be an attention-grabbing spectacle. Leftist activist groups seem to be holding their breath, half-hoping that her recent hawkish rhetoric is nothing more than a clever ruse. This Senate bill, despite its attempt to appeal to conservatives by continuing border wall construction and dedicating resources to detaining illegal immigrants, has ultimately left Republicans shaking their heads.
