Kamala Harris is preparing to deliver her so-called “closing argument” to the American public, scheduled for Tuesday evening. Anticipation is high, with a crowd of approximately 40,000 expected to gather at the Ellipse to hear Harris’s latest attempt to divert attention from the failures of her administration. Rather than addressing the significant issues plaguing the nation, Harris appears set to use January 6 as a backdrop for her speech, aiming to depict herself as a savior who can guide the country away from what she labels the “fascism” of Donald Trump. Ironically, her own record suggests she is unable to escape the cycle of division that has characterized her political career.
There’s growing concern within Harris’s own camp that her attacks on Trump aren’t landing where they need to. Major donors have conveyed that labeling Trump as a fascist isn’t resonating with voters. He pointed to the significant crisis at the border, highlighting Harris’s failure as the Border Czar. The evidence is clear: illegal border crossings have surged under her watch, with estimates suggesting that the true number of migrants entering unlawfully might be as much as 25 percent higher than official reports indicate. This situation can largely be traced back to her negligence and misguided policies.
Critics have accused the current administration of skewing immigration statistics, leading to public confusion about the severity of the crisis. Since Biden and Harris took office, millions of people have crossed the border illegally; however, crucial figures known as “gotaways,” those who evade detection, are often not included in the official count. The consequences of Harris’s border policy cannot be understated, revealing a catastrophic failure that not only impacts national security but also leads to tragic individual stories of loss and suffering. In a powerful moment, Trump highlighted the story of a young girl, Jocelyn Nungaray, victimized as a direct result of the chaos at the border, making a visceral connection between policy and its human cost.
Investigative journalists are now noticing a seismic shift in public sentiment against Harris’s leadership and the “Woke” policies she champions.
