Accountable.us has claimed that Kennedy cast his vote from an address that isn’t actually his legal residence. Talk about reaching! Their allegations suggest he registered to vote and sent in a ballot from an address in New York where he didn’t live—84 Croton Lake Rd, Katonah, to be specific. It appears they dug deep into election law to find two provisions that he’d supposedly violated, pivoting on the baffling notion that a vote must come from a real home address. It’s as if the left believes this is newsworthy when voter fraud is typically treated like a second job in certain areas.
Public records indicated Kennedy’s mail-in ballot was received in November 2024, and lo and behold, the left would have us believe that this turns into a major scandal. The situation escalated further when the Albany County Supreme Court determined that Kennedy’s claimed residence didn’t pass the sniff test under New York’s election rules—upping the ante on the drama by noting he allegedly stayed at the address only one night. No one should be surprised to find that Accountable.us is a progressive anti-Trump machine. A scan of their website reveals an entire “Trump Accountability War Room,” showing just how dedicated these folks are to making every Republican’s life miserable. Their focus on Trump’s administration and anything that could potentially be spun in a negative light demonstrates a clear agenda rather than an interest in actual election integrity.
Will this latest leftist circus act be sufficient to sabotage RFK Jr.’s chances of receiving his Senate confirmation? It remains to be seen. He’s set to charm senators with his qualifications and might just make this witch hunt look more like a rowdy children’s play than a serious political investigation. If he can navigate the minefield of accusations, there’s a good chance these complaints will fizzle out like yesterday’s news, and the only thing left will be the echo of Democrats chasing shadows.
