It’s becoming increasingly evident that time is not on the Democrats’ side when it comes to prosecuting Trump. If the Supreme Court allows Trump to uphold his immunity claim, it could spell the end of these legally fueled vendettas against the former president. Legal experts predict significant delays in both federal trials due to Trump’s strategic appeals process.
To make matters worse for the liberals, the Justice Department’s policy dictates a halt to politically charged trials 60 days before major elections. This means if Trump manages to dodge the legal bullets until September 5th, he might just slip away scot-free if he beats President Biden. It seems like the left’s hopes for a courtroom showdown with Trump are dwindling by the day.
