Once again, another activist judge has put Americans last and criminals first. Judge Boasberg, who’s fast becoming the poster child for leftist overreach, has ordered the Trump administration to bring back Venezuelan nationals—members of the infamous Tren de Aragua gang—after they were deported from our country. But he doesn’t just want these lawbreakers flown back in for a second chance. He’s forcing the American people to foot the bill for their return. Yes, you read that right: hardworking taxpayers are now bankrolling the comeback tour of dangerous criminals, all because a liberal judge thinks they didn’t get a fair shake.
Let’s get real. This isn’t some clerical error. These people weren’t choir boys or misunderstood migrants—they were part of a violent criminal operation. The last administration did what every sane government should: it deported them to El Salvador, getting them off our streets and out of our communities. But apparently, in Judge Boasberg’s world, the needs, safety, and wallets of American citizens are always less important than pampering illegals who have already shown exactly how much they respect our laws.

Democrat judges love to lecture conservatives about democracy, yet they undermine the will of the people at every turn. Americans have been screaming for secure borders and tougher immigration enforcement. What do they get in return? Courtrooms that do backflips to give foreign criminals the VIP treatment, all while everyday citizens struggle with crime and insecurity. Where’s that compassion for the families devastated by illegal gang activity? Don’t hold your breath waiting for Boasberg’s court to show even a shred of concern.

Boasberg isn’t just telling the government how to do its job—he wants the administration to jump through hoops to satisfy his fantasy of “justice.” Citizens are expected to watch as their own resources are handed out to people who never should have been here in the first place. How much more proof do we need that the left loves criminals and hates accountability? First, the borders are thrown open, then the courts reward anyone who sneaks in and causes havoc. At this point, the only ones getting deported are American values. How long will people stand by while their nation is sold out in the name of “fairness” for everyone except citizens?
