The Hague, Netherlands – The liberal judges strike again with another anti-Israel ruling that threatens national security. An appeals court has ordered the Dutch government to stop exporting crucial F-35 fighter jet parts to Israel. This decision comes after a trio of left-leaning human rights organizations filed a lawsuit, claiming that sending these parts could lead to violations of international law.
The biased judge, Bas Boele, announced the ruling, which was met with cheers from the left-wing attendees in the courtroom. The exports must cease within seven days, creating unnecessary obstacles for the Dutch government and potentially putting Israel’s defense capabilities at risk.

This outrageous decision coincides with Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte’s visit to Israel, where he is set to have discussions with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh. The timing of the ruling is highly suspicious and could disrupt crucial diplomatic talks.
The lawsuit was spearheaded by Oxfam Novib, Pax Nederland, and The Rights Forum, all known for their liberal agendas. They baselessly accused the Netherlands of being complicit in war crimes committed by Israel in its conflict with Hamas. In January, a lower court had rightfully sided with the government, allowing the continuation of the export of these vital aircraft parts to Israel. However, the biased appeals court has now overturned that decision, succumbing to pressure from these liberal organizations.
This disturbing trend is not limited to the Netherlands. Similar efforts are being made in the United Kingdom and the United States to restrict weapons sales to Israel. Democrats in the U.S. Senate are even pushing a bill to require congressional approval for weapons sales to Israel, jeopardizing the longstanding bipartisan support for our ally.
The left’s influence has also reached the United Nations, where they recently issued a rash and unfair order against Israel. This order surely impacted the Dutch court’s decision, as the leftist agenda continues to seep into the highest levels of international law.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is currently reviewing the ruling, with the possibility of an appeal. However, if no action is taken, the prohibition on exports will remain in effect, further weakening Israel’s ability to defend itself.
This biased ruling sets a dangerous precedent and undermines the sovereignty of nations to engage in mutually beneficial defense cooperation. It’s a clear example of the left’s attempt to weaken our allies and undermine national security. The Dutch government must stand strong against this unfair and politically motivated decision.
