Liberal Spin Masters Defend Harvard Plagiarist President!

In an alternative version of reality, the liberal media’s attempts to spin serious infractions as mere trifles have reached an all-time low. CNN’s Matt Egan tried to downplay the scandal involving now-former Harvard President Claudine Gay by suggesting she didn’t actually steal anyone’s ideas, she just “copied” them without giving credit—otherwise known as plagiarism.

Gay’s tumultuous tenure at Harvard has come to a screeching halt after facing numerous accusations of plagiarism. She failed to categorically denounce calls for genocide against Jews, instead claiming that such actions should be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Shockingly, it seems that promoting academic fraud is a more acceptable behavior than condemning hatred and violence. The fact that Gay didn’t step down after those outrageous remarks is mind-boggling.

It’s astounding that the liberal media is working overtime to shield their own from accountability. Rather than confronting the gravity of these accusations, they’re trying to convince the public that blatant plagiarism is no big deal. These absurd attempts at gaslighting only serve to highlight the dishonesty and bias that have become all too familiar from the left-leaning press.
