Liberals are wringing their hands over gas prices, crying crocodile tears while they’ve spent years attacking our energy independence and groveling to globalist green agendas. It’s almost as if they care more about looking woke at European cocktail parties than protecting American strength.
The fact is, Trump understands what matters. We can’t sit back and let Iran threaten our allies or our own security just because gas might cost a little more today. That’s short-term pain for long-term gain—a price that real patriots are willing to pay. But the liberal elite? They always have a driver and a private jet to whisk them around while everyday Americans deal with the fallout from Democrat “leadership.” Remember when Biden and his squad shut down pipelines and oil jobs “for the environment”—and then begged OPEC for more oil? Pure hypocrisy.

Here’s what the left will never admit: strong foreign policy costs something. If you want to keep terrorists in check, defend American lives, and protect our allies, sometimes your trip to the gas pump looks a little different. That’s the real world. Trump is telling it straight, while Democrats try to bury their heads in the sand—again. They acted shocked when a tough stance in the Middle East led to some market jitters, as if defending America is supposed to be free and easy.
Let’s be honest—these oil prices are temporary. America always bounces back stronger, as long as we don’t let soft, incompetent politicians bow down to every anti-American interest group that comes knocking. Trump knows how to negotiate, and he knows that strength today means peace tomorrow. The left wants you to panic, to imagine the sky is falling, so you’ll sign on to their socialist, climate-cult schemes. Don’t fall for it.
The question is simple: do we want real leadership that makes the hard calls—or do we want to let weak, globalist appeasers run our nation into the ground each time the going gets tough? President Trump isn’t backing down from Iran, and he isn’t apologizing for defending the American people—even if gasoline costs a little more for now. Maybe the liberal elites could learn something about sacrifice from the Americans they pretend to care about.
