America’s soldiers are risking everything in Iran, putting their lives on the line. World events are spiraling as Operation Epic Fury takes shape, and the future of the Middle East hangs in the balance. And what are the left-wing elites worried about? Not the safety of Americans. Not the brutal oppression of Iranian citizens. No, their top concern is whether Tehran’s air pollution gets a little worse.
Apparently, some anchors from the legacy media think the real crisis here is a cloud of dark smoke over Iran. With Americans in harm’s way and an evil regime still holding power, they want to talk about oil raining from the sky—never mind the blood on the mullahs’ hands or the lives shattered by Iranian-backed terrorism. How’s that for warped priorities? Liberals have turned compassion into a circus act, crying for clean air for tyrants while ignoring the actual violence against innocents.

Let’s not forget—this is the same Iranian regime that started its reign by taking 66 Americans hostage for over a year. Since then, they’ve been responsible for the murder of hundreds of Marines, the deaths of thousands of protesters begging for freedom, and the constant threat to U.S. troops through proxy terror groups. But somehow, American leftists are more troubled by a spike in air pollution than they are by mass graves and bombed-out embassies.
And when confronted, real leaders don’t waste time on imaginary moral high ground. They speak truth. The so-called environmental crisis pales in comparison to a murderous regime that’s spent decades exporting violence and hatred. Maybe it’s time for liberal Americans, especially those with the microphones, to get their heads out of the clouds and look at what’s right in front of them: an enemy that hates liberty and a President finally willing to do something about it.
While the left frets over smoke, President Trump is finally holding Iran accountable. He’s doing what every administration before him was too scared or too weak to try. Maybe the real question is—when will America’s elites stop apologizing for our enemies and start caring about our warriors, our safety, and our future? Or are they too busy clutching their pearls over the air in Tehran?
