You know the country is upside down when even the most liberal voices on the Supreme Court finally side with common sense. Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, the Left’s hero for progressive causes, just handed conservatives a massive win on immigration. If someone had predicted this a few months ago, Democrats would have scoffed. But guess what? The facts won this time, not the open-borders, globalist agenda.
The opinion was so ironclad, so rooted in law and order, that all the justices—even the ones who usually bend over backward to coddle illegal immigrants—jumped on board. How embarrassing for the anti-border wing of the Democrat Party. The left has spent years shrieking that anyone who supports actually enforcing our border is a racist. Yet here we are, the highest court in the land, unanimously supporting policies that the Trump administration fought for from day one.

It’s no secret that Justice Jackson is known for her baffling questions and her habit of dissenting just to prove a point. So, for her to author a high-stakes, unanimous decision supporting Trump-era immigration policies shows just how far the left’s narrative has fallen apart. When even their own icons start enforcing the law instead of emotions, liberals must be sweating.
Let’s not kid ourselves about how liberals run their show. They’ve told us for years that securing the border is cruel, that America should just hand out citizenship like candy. Meanwhile, cities are crumbling, crime is up, and hardworking Americans foot the bill for lawlessness. When even the most progressive Supreme Court justice throws her support behind enforcing immigration law, it’s hard not to laugh at the hypocrisy of sanctuary city champions and their trendy anti-American rhetoric.
For too long, Americans have been ignored so that the globalist crowd in D.C. could virtue signal about “compassion.” This decision proves that reality eventually breaks through even the thickest ideological fog. So, where do the leftists go from here? Maybe next time they’ll remember that borders—and the laws that protect them—exist for a reason. Or do liberals need it spelled out by every justice on the Supreme Court before they finally get the message?
