CNN has found a new darling, and, surprise, surprise, it’s Marjorie Taylor Greene. Once a bulldog for Trump and everything right-wing, she’s now serving up the kind of anti-Trump rhetoric that tickles CNN pink. Her exit from Congress is splashed on every screen as this network elevates her voice, making her the latest puppet to dance to the liberal media’s tune. What’s shocking is the speed with which she’s pivoted from America First to delivering the narratives CNN craves.
Greene claims to step down as a point of principle, a banner-waving exercise against a “betrayal” by the Republican machine. But it looks an awful lot like a transparent bid for sympathy from the crowd she used to despise. It’s the classic playbook: paint yourself as the underdog, the victim, someone noble standing against the storm of politics. And yet, this shift in stance feels less like valor and more like betrayal to conservative voters.

Trump, predictably, wasted no time turning his flamethrower on Greene, branding her a traitor. But that’s how the fiery world of politics operates, isn’t it? Greene now appears more like a useful idiot for the left, feeding their narrative and disowning values she once swore by. Conservatives see the media clapping as Greene criticizes Trump, and it feels like watching someone lend ammo to their adversaries.
Let’s be clear: asking for party accountability and open criticism is healthy. But there’s a line when that criticism serves Democrats and globalists more than the conservative cause. Greene knows full well that her actions are only bolstering people who’d willingly sacrifice traditional American values for more radical agendas.
So here’s the reality, folks: Greene’s playing the game, and CNN’s her stage. Yet, she risks abandoning the very principles that built her platform. She’s not just turning on Trump; she’s turning on us, the grassroots conservatives yearning for a better America. Has Greene forgotten who she is, or was this always in the cards?
