Marjorie Taylor Greene has once again shone a spotlight on the antics of the Democratic Party, this time aimed squarely at Rep. Jasmine Crockett of Texas. Greene reported a peculiar encounter in the hallowed halls of Congress, noting that Crockett was strutting about with a shiny Capitol Police escort. It seems trying to grab a reporter’s phone while dodging questions about violence against Tesla has its consequences, and apparently, it requires extra security to navigate the ‘dangerous’ political ecosystem these days.
In a post on X, Greene described an incident where Crockett allegedly assaulted independent journalist Charles Downs, who dared to ask her if she would denounce the ongoing attacks on Tesla. Rather than taking the high road, Crockett reportedly attempted to snatch Downs’ phone right from his hand in an effort to silence his inquiries. A video surfaced, capturing the surreal moment where she seemed to reach for the phone before the footage abruptly cut off—perhaps it was the video’s way of avoiding an explicit call for help from a beleaguered reporter.
Crockett’s self-proclaimed “birthday wish” of taking down Elon Musk has only added fuel to the fire. Greene pointed out the hypocrisy as the congresswoman who once poked fun at Gov. Greg Abbott’s disability now appears to be heavily reliant on law enforcement for her own safety. An image of a Democrat needing a police escort while making her male staffer lug around her designer handbag perfectly captures the humor, and hypocrisy, of the situation.
It's not just her!
Have you heard how coarse & vulgar the language of most Congressional Democrats has become over the last 6 months?
Using strings of "F" bombs is their idea of talking 👄 in the vernacular to working Americans.
What say you? 🤔https://t.co/Z6KuR6NSrj

Further highlighting her dubious character, Greene weighed in on Crockett’s comments about Senator Ted Cruz, where she allegedly made physical threats while also exhibiting a complete lack of respect for others. Such behavior is emblematic of a party more interested in harassment and intimidation than in rational discourse. One has to wonder if the Democratic Party’s most prominent members are now governed by the rules they so vehemently defend.
With reactions from figures like Attorney General Pam Bondi, who advised Crockett to “tread very carefully,” it is evident that the Democrats’ antics are not going unnoticed. It appears that in their quest to undermine figures like Musk, they are simultaneously revealing their own absurdities, if not outright dangers. The political battlefield continues to heat up, and if these skirmishes are any indication, the left’s infighting and misguided ambitions will keep conservatives chuckling all the way to the next election.
