Mayor Zohran Mamdani loves to preach about peace, but when brutal reality strikes, he hides behind hollow statements. Over the weekend, chaos erupted near Gracie Mansion—and let’s be blunt, this wasn’t just another rowdy protest. The shadows of ISIS have reached New York City, sowing terror, and what does Mamdani do? He gives us the same lazy, cowardly soundbites about “condemning violence.” That’s not leadership. That’s running scared.
Liberals never want to admit where violence really comes from. Instead of facing the truth, they toss out tired slogans. But New Yorkers are not stupid. When bombs are flying, and ISIS is taking credit, there is no room for pretend outrage. It’s time to be truthful about who is breeding this hate, and why the left keeps pretending it isn’t happening right in front of us.

For years, progressives have bent over backward to excuse extremism. They coddle radicals in the name of “diversity” while ignoring the rising threat that radical Islamic terror poses to American cities. Their focus is on globalist dreams and open borders, not the safety of hardworking Americans. And when violence finally erupts on their watch, they duck and cover, hoping the rest of us will be distracted by their empty words.
Mayor Mamdani should know better, but maybe he simply doesn’t care. Or maybe he’s too afraid to call out the true source of danger, worried it might upset his political base or anger his leftist donors. True leadership means spotlighting the real problem, not just chanting generic platitudes in front of cameras. New Yorkers deserve to hear who is threatening their streets—and what their so-called leaders actually plan to do about it.
It’s time for these liberal politicians to stop playing games with public safety. New Yorkers are sick of being told that “condemning violence” is enough when the real danger is allowed to flourish in plain sight. Does Mamdani even have the courage to name the threat—or is he just another spineless pawn in the globalist blame game?
