In the ever-turbulent waters of American media, it’s not a surprise that the Wall Street Journal has flopped down into headlines for all the wrong reasons. Liberal journalists can’t help themselves when it comes to smearing conservatives and republicans with unfounded claims and their tired leftist narratives. The Journal recently tried to ignite a firestorm with a so-called exposé — trying to link Donald Trump to Jeffrey Epstein through a birthday letter. Yet, it all blew up spectacularly when it was revealed to be little more than a fishing expedition, devoid of actual scandalous content.
While America grows tired of these juvenile attempts at political assassination, NBC News takes the cake with ludicrous defenses of the Biden era’s recurring missteps. They distracted the public with bizarre guilt by association claims around e-signatures. Equally ridiculous was their opposition to a shift back to cane sugar in Coca-Cola at Trump’s announcement. It’s as if the mainstream media can’t resist the urge to contradict anything remotely linked to Trump, even when it involves something as benign as soda ingredients.
CBS News, not to be outdone, was seen floundering around Stephen Colbert’s show cancellation. Rather than critically examining why the show hemorrhaged millions, they resorted to baseless cries about Trump silencing a critic. What defies logic is their attempt to paint Trump supporters in an unflattering light, with journalists claiming psychological trauma just because of heated political climates, which they themselves help to ignite.
And then there’s the New York Times. The paper that supposedly values nuance and intellectualism ended up clutching its pearls when Trump had the audacity to describe adversarial journalists as “evil.” When you spend years painting Trump and his circle in the darkest hues, it’s rich to complain when they push back. The Times even brought on Biden-friendly “experts” to talk border strategy, accompanied by emotional meltdowns regarding routine airport security vehicles, framing them as the embodiment of terror.

MSNBC’s theatrics would be outright comical if it weren’t so transparently desperate. They tried spinning intricate conspiracy theories involving JD Vance and attacks on ICE agents, all while selectively defending mainstream narratives. This is the same network that uncritically accepted and repeated discredited information about Biden’s mental fitness, only to backtrack and propose full accessibility to presidential medical records to pivot away from Biden’s evident challenges.
If there’s one question begging to be asked, it’s this: How many times do these outlets expect Americans to swallow their narratives before they’ve had enough? One thing’s for sure; the legacy media has shown its true colors once again. The truth is simple: They’re more concerned with their agendas than with serving the public good.
