The Biden-Harris administration continues to offer a masterclass in poor immigration policy, and the city that never sleeps is now experiencing a rude awakening. As millions of illegal aliens flood across the southern border, the consequences are being felt far beyond Texas and Arizona. New York City is turning into a live-action episode of “Survivor,” where Central Park has become an open-air hunting ground for groups of criminal migrants, ominously dubbed “wolf packs.”
Recent reports indicate that New York’s police are busy trying to reclaim Central Park from these marauding bands. Security cameras are now less about catching stunning selfies and more about documenting the chaos. Law enforcement has taken to the streets, patrolling on foot, in cruisers, and even on horseback, trying to restore some semblance of order amidst the chaos. Yes, nothing screams “America” quite like seeing police in a major park enforcing law and order against groups of criminals.
The NYPD’s Chief of Patrol has pinpointed the problem: a surge in robberies, especially in the southern part of the park, seem to correlate directly with these “young migrants” engaging in criminal activity. It appears the park is becoming a lucrative target for those seeking easy prey, primarily tourists, who utterly fail to understand the dangers lurking just inches away from their picnic baskets. The grim reality of such “wolf pack” dynamics might as well be a set in a horror film, where unsuspecting visitors get more than a taste of the park’s natural beauty.
The uptick in crime isn’t just a “New York problem.” It’s a nationwide epidemic fueled by the reckless border policies of the current administration. Anyone with half a brain can see that allowing millions of individuals from countries rife with lawlessness into the U.S. will likely lead to, well, criminal behavior. When people have no respect for the laws of their own countries, what makes anyone think they’ll suddenly develop a love affair with American statutes upon arrival? Spoiler alert: They don’t.

The liberal agenda has taken a previously robust metropolis and turned it into the biggest crime scene in the nation, all thanks to policies that ignore the border crisis and the rules of law.
For those still clinging to the belief that illegal immigration doesn’t directly correlate with an increase in crime, New York City stands as a glaring counterexample. There’s a harsh lesson being imparted here: when borders remain porous, chaos isn’t just a possibility; it’s a guarantee. The dialogue about law and order in America has never been more timely, and as the Big Apple grapples with its consequences, the rest of the nation would do well to learn from its tragic narrative.
