It’s happening again, folks. The left-leaning judicial system is stepping in to undermine President Trump’s push to protect American sovereignty. This time, it’s the familiar face of Judge Jeb Boasberg, an Obama appointee with a penchant for opposing conservative initiatives. Judge Boasberg has made a ruling against the Trump administration’s noble efforts to deport Venezuelan nationals linked to criminal activities, namely the notorious Tren de Aragua.
These individuals, who were removed from our soil, now have an ACLU-sympathizing judge ordering their return to contest their deportation. The administration had declared a state of emergency against these very alleged narco-terrorists through the Alien Enemies Act, seeking to protect everyday Americans from the chaos imported by these criminal elements. Yet, here we stand watching as a single unelected judge wields the gavel to reverse a necessary national security measure.

Judge Boasberg’s decision flies in the face of logic and the safety of our citizenry. He’s essentially giving alleged narco-terrorists a free pass back into our country, using due process as a shield. How many times do we have to see liberal judges siding with non-citizens over the interests of their own countrymen? This is a dangerous precedent that tells us the rights of potentially dangerous foreign nationals trump the security of the American people.
Boasberg claims this is about upholding rights and due process. But let’s be honest, it’s about pushing a liberal agenda to open our borders even wider. The left seems to believe that everyone deserves a spot in the Land of the Free, no matter their intentions. This decision places every law-abiding American citizen in jeopardy while weakening the resolve of those who fight to keep them safe.
The message is loud and clear: liberal judges refuse to stand with President Trump and his bold vision of a secure United States. It’s time to ask ourselves: Who are the real enemies—the ones trying to protect us, or the ones letting chaos reign free?
