A clown in Pennsylvania got in trouble with the police for doing something wrong. The police pretended to be someone else to catch the clown in the act. The clown was trying to get money for doing bad things with someone at a hotel. The clown got caught by the police and got arrested. He said it was his first time doing something like that, but he knew it was bad.

The clown, whose real name is Francis Bui, said he did it because he needed money. He told the police that he was in a circus before being caught. The police are charging him for trying to sell bad services for money. The people in charge of making sure bad things are stopped did not say anything about it yet.
In a different place, Florida, some important people got arrested for doing bad things too. A person who helps kids and another person who is on the board of a big university were caught talking to fake people who were actually police. They were both arrested for trying to do bad things in public places. These people are also facing charges for what they did.
It is not good for people to do bad things to get money or for fun. The clown and the important people in Florida made wrong choices that got them in trouble with the law.
