Portland continues to be a tragic stage for the liberal meltdown. When Border Patrol officers were involved in a shooting in the city, instead of demanding facts or defending law enforcement, a Democrat congresswoman gleefully threw around the most outrageous accusation yet: she called the Border Patrol’s actions “state-sponsored terrorism.” That’s right, the very people risking their lives to keep order and uphold the law are being labeled terrorists by the political elites who refuse to support them.
This isn’t just ignorance—it’s deliberate hostility. The congresswoman openly admitted she doesn’t even know the full details of the shooting. But does that stop her from condemning hardworking agents? Absolutely not. She claims the Border Patrol’s presence in Portland is “unwelcome,” echoing the same tired, soft-on-crime rhetoric that has led to lawlessness and chaos in American cities. Let’s be clear: the Border Patrol’s job is to enforce the law and keep Americans safe. But these smug politicians and their radical base prefer pandering to anarchists over backing the brave men and women who protect us.
