In a shocking turn of events, six pro-life activists have been found guilty and could potentially be sentenced to up to 11 years in prison. Can you imagine? These individuals were simply exercising their right to peaceful protest and prayer, all in an effort to persuade expecting mothers not to abort their babies. But leave it to the Biden Department of Justice to come down hard on people of faith and those who value the sanctity of life.
According to the Department of Justice, these activists violated the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act by blocking the entrance of an abortion clinic. Now, let’s be clear here, they were not using threats of force, obstruction, or property damage, as the FACE Act prohibits. Instead, they peacefully stood outside the clinic, offering prayer, hymn-singing, and worship. But apparently, that was enough to earn them felony charges.

It’s outrageous to think that these individuals, who were simply exercising their First Amendment rights, could face such severe punishment. And let’s not forget the fines they could be slapped with – up to a whopping $350,000! This is clearly an attempt to intimidate and punish pro-life activists and people of faith. The Biden administration has made it clear that they have no respect for those who hold conservative values.
The Thomas More Society, a legal group representing one of the defendants, plans to appeal the conviction, and rightly so. It’s important that these activists continue to fight for their rights and for the rights of the unborn. The sentencing hearing is scheduled for July 2, so we will have to keep a close eye on this case.
Sadly, this is not the first time that pro-life activists have been targeted and punished for their beliefs. Just last month, several prominent pro-life activists were found guilty after chaining up the gates leading into an abortion clinic in Washington D.C. It seems that the left will stop at nothing to silence those who speak out against the horrors of abortion.
We must stand with these brave individuals and continue to fight for the rights of the unborn. It’s time to put an end to this assault on our First Amendment rights and protect the sanctity of life. The Biden administration and their allies may want to silence us, but we will not be silenced. We will continue to fight for the rights of the unborn and the values that we hold dear.
