In today’s America, it’s hard to believe how far some politicians will go to push their radical agendas. Take, for instance, a vice mayor from a Los Angeles suburb, who is now under federal scrutiny. Why? She apparently decided that the best way to handle immigration enforcement was to urge infamous street gangs to defend their “territory” against federal agents. That’s right, folks—encouraging violent gangsters to do the bidding of leftist ideologues. How can anyone defend this kind of insanity?

This official, from Cudahy, has clearly lost touch with law and order. Instead of upholding the responsibilities expected from an elected official, what does she do? She calls upon L.A.’s most dangerous gangs, known for their notorious activities like drug trafficking and murder, to resist law enforcement. This is what liberal leadership looks like? A place where crime syndicates are seen as allies against lawful immigration policies?
It’s a stark illustration of how desperate some on the left have become. They detest ICE so much that they’re willing to incite violence and chaos rather than support measures that protect American borders. It’s a slap in the face of every law-abiding citizen who pays taxes and expects safety in return. This vice mayor’s actions show a severe lack of judgment and a twisted sense of priorities.
And how have the police responded to this madness? The Los Angeles Police Union, not surprisingly, called for her resignation. If anything screams betrayal of the community’s trust, it’s a public official who rallies lawbreakers against those sworn to protect. Shouldn’t our elected leaders work towards community safety instead of cozying up with criminals?
One has to wonder what depths the radical left will sink to next. The question we should be asking ourselves is this: How long will Americans tolerate politicians who prioritize chaos and disorder over the rule of law? Sources like these surely make one thing clear—it’s high time for sensible leadership in our country.
