Rising Star Majors Falls: Guilty in NY Assault Shocker!

In a shocking turn of events, rising Hollywood star Jonathan Majors has been found guilty by a New York jury on charges of attacking his former girlfriend Grace Jabbari in the back of a car. The jury, comprised of three men and three women, reached their verdict after a grueling two-week trial in a Manhattan court.

Prosecutors painted a harrowing picture of the alleged assault, claiming that Majors left Jabbari with a broken finger and swollen arm and ear following the incident in March. The actor faced multiple misdemeanor charges, including assault and harassment. Sentencing is set for February 6, with Majors potentially facing up to a year behind bars.

Throughout the trial, Majors maintained his innocence and even accused Jabbari of assaulting him. However, New York prosecutors, led by Alvin Bragg, opted not to press charges against her. In her testimony, Jabbari recounted a terrifying ordeal, alleging that Majors became violent after she discovered a text from another woman on his phone. She claimed that he threw her “like a football” back into the car after they disembarked following the altercation.

The case has sent shockwaves through Hollywood, causing significant damage to Majors’ once-promising career. His role in the latest Marvel superhero film and the Disney+ series Loki, as well as his upcoming project Magazine Dreams, have been thrown into jeopardy. Disney’s Searchlight even pulled the movie from its release schedule in light of the assault allegations.
