Judge Hernán D. Vera, who was nominated by President Biden and confirmed in 2023, made multiple donations to Biden’s campaign during his time at Bird Marella PC, a law firm specializing in litigation and white collar defense. It is deeply concerning that the judge overseeing this lawsuit has a clear bias towards the Biden family and may not be able to make objective decisions.
Furthermore, Judge Vera’s previous advocacy for progressive causes raises further doubts about his ability to be unbiased in this case. As CEO of Public Counsel, a left-wing pro bono law firm, Vera wrote an opinion column advocating for the appointment of a “progressive” lawyer to the California Supreme Court. It is clear that Judge Vera has a history of supporting left-wing causes and may not be capable of delivering a fair and impartial ruling.
The lawsuit itself raises serious questions about Hunter Biden’s business dealings and his abandoned laptop archive. The nonprofit organization Marco Polo compiled a comprehensive report on the contents of the laptop archive, which allegedly contains evidence of Hunter Biden’s lucrative foreign business dealings and lavish lifestyle. This lawsuit seeks to hold Ziegler accountable for alleged computer fraud related to the database created by Marco Polo.
The fact that the FBI, IRS, and numerous media outlets have verified the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop archive should be of great concern to the American people. Federal authorities independently verified the authenticity of the data prior to the New York Post’s reporting on the laptop archive during the 2020 presidential election. It is clear that there is significant evidence to support the allegations being made in this lawsuit.
It is crucial that this lawsuit be decided in a fair and unbiased manner. The American people deserve to know the truth about Hunter Biden’s business dealings and whether or not he engaged in any illegal activities.
