The Supreme Court is in a chokehold, strangled by a flood of desperate legal challenges aimed at stopping Trump’s deportations. It looks like a liberal tantrum, trying to rewrite the law instead of respecting it. Justice Alito, a rare voice of sanity, called it out. He pointed out that the Court overstepped, acting when it had no clear jurisdiction and even going against the principles of fairness by ignoring government input. Where’s the respect for our established systems?
This blatant act of activism is insulting. It’s as if the Court, spearheaded by its liberal majority, declared a fake crisis simply to seize authority it didn’t have. Justice Thomas stood with Alito, but the others are busy fiddling while the Constitution burns. Even Chief Justice Roberts and some so-called conservatives like Barrett, Kavanaugh, and Gorsuch went along with this misguided venture. They ought to be ashamed.
Frustration is mounting among the justices. Gone are the days of detailed legal challenges making their way up the ladder to be decided with care. Now, it feels like the Supreme Court is playing emergency babysitter to “half-baked” cases that lack the required depth and fact. It’s a slap in the face to the people who understand that courts should serve as bastions of law, not tools for political games.

When liberal judges overstep, it’s somehow permissible. But if conservative judges react the same way, expect cries of outrage. This hypocrisy muddies the judicial waters. Even so, Alito’s concern doesn’t remove the fact that the Trump administration, once it gets its procedures right, will likely win. Americans want rule of law, not a circus of rushed verdicts based on incomplete information.
In the end, one must ask: when will the left stop using our courts to manipulate their radical agenda? The Supreme Court must return to its roots—impartiality, respect for jurisdiction, and most importantly, a nation’s right to enforce its laws. America demands it.
