Another blow to the Biden administration! It seems like they just can’t catch a break these days. The Missouri v. Biden decision, which found that the administration colluded with Big Tech to censor Americans on social media, has been causing quite a stir. And now, the Supreme Court has stepped in to put a hold on the decision until next Friday. Good for them!
The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and a lower court both agreed that the White House, in conjunction with the Surgeon General’s Office, had coerced social media platforms into censoring content through intimidating messages and threats. This is a clear violation of the First Amendment, folks. The government has no business silencing the voices of Americans just because they don’t like what they have to say.
But, of course, the Biden administration is standing by its decision to collude with Big Tech. Are we really surprised? They claim that they were just trying to combat the spread of misinformation. Give me a break! All they were doing was suppressing views that they disagreed with. It’s a clear abuse of power, and it’s about time someone put a stop to it.

The Biden administration’s argument that this would limit their ability to address matters of public concern is a load of hogwash. No one is stopping them from speaking out. What they can’t do is intimidate social media platforms into removing content they don’t like. There are other ways to address misinformation that don’t involve trampling on the First Amendment rights of Americans.
It’s glaringly obvious that this case is incredibly important. The government has been far too eager to stifle dissent and control the narrative. We need the Supreme Court to step in and uphold the free speech rights of all Americans. The First Amendment exists for a reason, and it’s time to remind the Biden administration of that fact. Freedom of speech should never be sacrificed in the name of political power.
