The National Security Council spokesman, John Kirby, went on ABC’s “This Week” and spouted off a bunch of malarkey about demanding changes from the Israeli Defense Forces. He made it sound like they are the big bad guys and we need to wag our fingers at them. Come on, John, get real! The Israeli Defense Forces are just out there defending themselves, and here comes the Biden administration trying to tell them how to do their job. It’s like telling a kid not to eat dessert before dinner – it just won’t work!
Then we have Martha Raddatz asking all these leading questions, trying to paint the Israeli military as the bad guys. She’s like the schoolyard bully trying to pick a fight, but the Israeli Defense Forces aren’t going to fall for it. They’re just doing what they need to do to protect their people.

And don’t even get me started on Chef Andres and his World Central Kitchen. Sure, it’s sad what happened to them, but why are they even in a war zone in the first place? Maybe they should stick to cooking and stay out of the line of fire.
Kirby keeps yammering on about changes to the “deconfliction process” and more humanitarian aid, but it’s just a bunch of hot air. The Israeli Defense Forces have a right to defend themselves and make sure that aid gets to the right places. The last thing they need is some armchair quarterback from the Biden administration trying to tell them how to do their job. Kirby needs to put a sock in it and let the real professionals handle things.
The Israeli military already admitted they made a mistake, but that’s just how it goes in the heat of battle. You can’t make an omelet without breaking a few eggs, right? Kirby can go on all day about investigations and rules of engagement, but at the end of the day, the Israeli Defense Forces are just doing what any competent military would do in their situation. So, let’s stop the bellyaching and let them get back to work!
