Tennessee Patriots Rally for Choice with 68% Backing ESAs!

Attention all freedom-loving Tennesseans! A whopping 68% of voters in the great state of Tennessee are standing up for educational choice and supporting statewide Education Savings Accounts (ESAs), according to a recent poll conducted by the Beacon Center.

In this groundbreaking poll, over 1,300 patriotic Tennesseans were asked if they backed ESAs, which would give families of eligible K-12 students the power to use a portion of their per-pupil funding for things like private school tuition, tutoring, and educational therapy. The results speak for themselves: 35% are in full-throttle support, while another 34% are giving a solid nod of approval. Only a measly 12% are showing some resistance, and a puny 7% are putting up a strong opposition. To top it off, a valiant 13% are still on the fence, but we’ll give them the benefit of the doubt for now.

And let’s not forget about Governor Bill Lee’s bold plan to pave the way for educational freedom by doling out 20,000 ESAs valued at a noble $7,075 each for the 2024-25 school year, with the promise of an unlimited number of ESAs in the future. Talk about putting the power back into the hands of hardworking Tennessean families!

Now, in a true testament to the bipartisan appeal of ESAs, the governor’s proposal has garnered an impressive 85% support from Republicans, along with a solid 56% approval from both Democrats and independents. It’s clear that the overwhelming majority sees the value in empowering families to make the best educational choices for their children, regardless of political affiliation.

But wait, there’s more! When asked if they would be more or less likely to support politicians who champion expanding ESAs, a commanding 51% said they would rally behind these brave leaders. Only a small 11% said they would turn their backs, and another 11% were uncertain. It’s clear where the heartland of Tennessee stands on this crucial issue – with the brave politicians who fight for educational freedom!

In the end, it’s abundantly clear that the voice of the people is resounding: Tennesseans want more educational options, and they’re ready to support leaders who stand up for their right to choose. This is a victory for families, for freedom, and for Tennessee’s unwavering commitment to giving every child the opportunity to succeed. Keep shining bright, Tennessee!
