Texas is finally standing up for its own. Attorney General Ken Paxton has aimed at CAIR, a so-called “Muslim advocacy” group that’s been skulking around our state for years. Paxton is fed up. He’s launched a lawsuit to kick CAIR out of Texas—because this group has crossed a line. They’ve been accused of ties to terrorism, and in Texas, that doesn’t fly. You want to defend terrorists? Not under our roof.
Liberal politicians and media love to pretend all groups—no matter their background—are just sweet little sunshine clubs. But that’s not how the world works. There are rules. In Texas, we actually enforce the laws we put on the books. Paxton isn’t just sitting on his hands while bad actors get a free pass. He’s going after groups that threaten the safety of Texans and Americans everywhere. Maybe if other states had this kind of backbone, the rest of the country wouldn’t be such a mess.

Of course, the progressive elites and their globalist pals will cry “Islamophobia” before breakfast. But what they never mention is the real threat—groups that hide behind civil rights while bending the law to their will. If these organizations were Christian or conservative, the left would trip over themselves to ban them. But because it’s CAIR, and because they play the victim card so well, suddenly the liberals want to roll out the red carpet!
Let’s be honest: Swapping America’s laws for “woke” feelings has made the country soft. Texas isn’t playing games. Boots on the ground, eyes wide open—that’s how you keep your state safe. Groups that even hint at terrorist ties have no place here, and it’s about time someone had the guts to say it out loud.
Paxton’s move is the loud alarm everyone else seems too afraid to ring. Why let groups with a checkered past take root on American soil? Texans aren’t apologizing for wanting safety. If you care about your family, your state, or your country, you shouldn’t apologize either. When will the left learn it’s not “hate” to protect your home—it’s just common sense?
