Here we go again. A California congresswoman, clearly desperate to shift attention away from the disaster happening under her watch, decided to blame former President Donald Trump for unrest in Los Angeles. According to this far-left lawmaker, the protests and curfew in one of America’s biggest cities are all part of some twisted Trump scheme to “stage provocations.” It’s a laughable attempt to dodge accountability, considering the real issues are far uglier and completely self-inflicted.
First off, let’s address the obvious: $880 billion in Medicaid cuts. This isn’t Trump’s doing; it’s the result of reckless fiscal decisions piling up and Democrats refusing to address healthcare responsibly. Meanwhile, this same congresswoman distracts from actual policy failures by dragging in Elon Musk’s personal life, as if a billionaire’s divorce has anything to do with city-wide chaos. It’s a meaningless distraction, thrown out to confuse the public and stir up outrage where none is justified.
Meanwhile, over the weekend, peaceful community events like pride parades and graduations were overshadowed by leftist-inspired anger. Instead of focusing on unity, this representative accused federal immigration agents of terrorizing neighborhoods. Yet, no one seems to question why these raids are necessary. Law-abiding Americans want safety, not excuses for lawlessness. Instead, the Left vilifies those trying to uphold the law, exposing their true colors: protecting anarchy over order.

This so-called “highly contained” situation may cover just one square mile, but the damage goes far beyond geography. Defunding police, supporting open borders, and embracing an “anything goes” mentality have created the perfect storm for riots and destruction. The city’s leadership is quick to blame everything on Trump but refuses to accept responsibility. It’s a tired playbook — when your policies fail, just attack conservatives and hope the media shields you.
Anybody paying attention can see this for what it really is: a desperate progressive circus trying to hide their own incompetence behind a smokescreen of lies and blame games. If they want peace, prosperity, and safety in Los Angeles, maybe they should try something radical — like actually governing. Until then, the only provocateur wreaking havoc is the radical Left itself. Maybe the real question is, when will Californians say enough to this nonsense?
