While the world burns with genuine oppression, they paint America as the heart of all evil, focusing their outrage on the man who dared to put America first. This warped mindset skews priorities, leaving actual horrors across the globe ignored because of their singular focus on undermining Trump and conservative values.
Take the case of Jimmy Kimmel, a left-wing comic turned self-proclaimed defender of democracy. During a Christmas message aired in the United Kingdom, Kimmel railed against what he called the rise of tyranny in the USA. Astonishingly, he told this cautionary tale to a country known for aggressive censorship, particularly when it comes to speech regulation. The UK doesn’t shy away from arresting individuals daily for comments made online, yet Kimmel bizarrely chooses to focus on his fantasies of American oppression.

Kimmel’s tirade, filled with inaccuracies, claims he was silenced for his criticism of Trump. Instead of acknowledging that it was viewers who rejected his antics, Kimmel falsely clings to the notion that he was a victim of a government crackdown. This fits the leftist narrative of seeing tyranny where it doesn’t exist while ignoring it where it thrives. It’s a classic case of liberal echo chamber delusion—ignoring true global oppression to fight phantom enemies at home.
The left’s fixation on “Trump Derangement Syndrome” blinds them to the real threats facing the world. Why not channel that energy into combating true oppression instead of tearing down America and those who genuinely want to make it great? Maybe it’s easier for the elite to yell about conspiracies than face the reality of their own failed policies. Are we surprised the left champions this brand of tunnel vision? When ideology trumps truth, everyone loses.
