In today’s world, common sense seems to be making a rapid exit, stage left. This reality was best captured in a recent debate that left many scratching their heads. The panelist claimed, with a straight face, that a “woman” is an undefinable term. According to them, you can’t really nail down what being a woman means because, after all, they aren’t one themselves. Now, if that isn’t a circular logic circus act, what is?
The panelist argued that “womanhood” is an umbrella term. By this standard, it seems any Joe or Joanne who wakes up one morning and declares they’re feeling feminine enough can join the club. This open-ended, abstract definition suits the progressive playbook perfectly. It allows for the rewriting of definitions and realities on the fly, with no concern for objective truth. But in doing so, it throws a biological reality that has been around since the dawn of humanity out the window.
What is even more laughable, if not utterly tragic, is the dismissive attitude towards those who dare to care about the truth. People are now questioned for being invested in reality, and the madness taking root around us, as evident in this conversation, rebrands truth as a debatable topic. Those clinging to factual knowledge are treated as if they are the odd ones out. This is a dangerous precedent. When truth becomes subjective, society loses its foundation.
And then there are the children, the future torchbearers of society. Injecting these young minds with confused and scientifically debunked ideas about gender borders on indoctrination. It is akin to signing off on a plan to destabilize their sense of self before they’ve even had the chance to fully develop it. It seems that the course we are charting could lead these kids not to liberation, but to confusion and identity crises.
Let’s not forget the women who are actually losing out because of these unfounded ideologies. The rights and opportunities that women fought for decades to secure are at stake. It’s a classic case of the emperor’s new clothes, where everyone plays along with the fantasy because they’re afraid to be honest. Standing firm in the face of this nonsense is not just about clinging to tradition—it’s about defending reason, protection of youth, and safeguarding the hard-won rights of women everywhere. That’s something worth standing up for.
