These Senators Choose Vegan Diets in Africa Over Trump’s America First Agenda

Republicans in the Senate are blocking President Trump’s essential rescission package, intended to cut wasteful spending that American taxpayers shouldn’t be footing. Once again, we see the same so-called Republicans stalling progress. Senators like Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins, along with new allies Jerry Moran, Mike Rounds, and Dan Sullivan, seem more concerned with protecting useless programs than delivering on the Trump agenda.

Let’s break down what these senators are standing up for. Millions of taxpayer dollars go to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, which is little more than a Democratic megaphone spewing biased content into American homes. They don’t need government bucks to survive — they should compete like every other media outlet. Then there’s the Democracy Fund, pouring cash into projects like LGBT initiatives in Eastern Europe and fostering community resilience in far-off Yemen. Why on Earth are we spending money abroad on projects that serve no direct American interest?

Even more absurd are the Development Assistance funds, throwing billions at vegan diets and electric buses in Africa. The elite push their vegan agenda onto a continent where people need nourishment, and they’re honestly suggesting this is the aid they require. Attempting to turn local populations into experimental markets for Western trends is downright colonialist.

Programs teaching male prostitutes how to make pastries or funding pride parades in Lesotho should never come before the needs of struggling Americans. Trump’s cuts preserve life-saving programs like the PEPFAR, which shows the focus should be on what works, not wasting money abroad on fruitless schemes.

It’s time to wake up. Are these senators seriously more upset about hindering pastry-making for gay prostitutes than saving American dollars? The voters made it clear when they elected Trump: they demand change. They better get on board. If nothing is done by July 18, this opportunity will expire. Are they just going to sit back and let it happen?
