Under this initiative, carefully selected areas of our abundant forests would be responsibly harvested, providing a much-needed boost to the timber industry and creating countless job opportunities for hardworking Americans. These so-called “environmentalists” seem more interested in hugging trees than in real solutions.
What these radicals fail to understand is that maintaining a thriving timber industry is essential not only for our economy but also for the environment itself. Properly managed forests provide a renewable resource, reducing the need for unsustainable alternatives like concrete and steel, which have far greater environmental footprints. It’s time for these extremists to acknowledge that sometimes, progress requires a bit of clarity and common sense.
