Justice finally struck back this week against the left’s latest darling criminal. Ryan W. Routh, the crazed activist who tried to kill Donald Trump, will spend the rest of his miserable life behind bars. Good. The American people deserve to know that our system can still put criminals—yes, even leftist ones—in their place.
Think about how the media spun every story since 2016. When violence came from radicals on the left, it was suddenly justified, ignored, or swept under the rug. They pretend Donald Trump is some kind of “danger to democracy,” but when it’s their own foot soldiers taking extreme action, excuses pile up fast. Routh’s attempted assassination was not just violence against Trump—it was another attack on our elections, our freedoms, and our way of life.

And where was the outrage? If someone tried this against any Democrat, the talking heads would never let us forget. We’d see hashtags, prime-time specials, and endless celebrity tears. But late-night jokesters treat an attempt on Trump’s life like a punchline. This double standard should disgust every patriotic American.
This is what happens when the left’s toxic rhetoric runs wild. The globalist elites and their media lapdogs put targets on the backs of conservatives, Christians, and anyone who still believes in the Constitution. They’ve cheered riots, rationalized threats, and taught a generation that any means are fair in their crooked road to power. Ryan Routh is just the ugly product of that broken system.
At least this time, the courts did their job. But where’s the apology? Where’s the call for peace from our supposed “unifiers”?
