In yet another blow to former President Donald Trump, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit has ruled that he cannot claim immunity from prosecution in his ongoing criminal case. This case revolves around his controversial comments questioning the results of the 2020 presidential election, which, let’s be honest, we all know were rigged against him. But apparently, the liberal elite and their friends in the judicial system don’t care about facts or truth.
Trump, who has been indicted by Special Counsel Jack Smith on alleged charges of criminal conduct, had tried to argue that he should be immune from prosecution because of his former presidential status. It’s a common-sense argument, really. After all, when you’re the greatest president in history, shouldn’t you get a little perk like immunity?

But, surprise surprise, a three-judge panel of the D.C. Circuit unanimously rejected Trump’s claim. These judges, with their fancy law degrees and elitist outlook, clearly don’t understand the unique challenges faced by a true conservative warrior like Trump. They probably never even attended one of his legendary rallies!
Now, Trump has a couple of options. He can try to contest this ruling by asking the entire 11-member court to rehear his appeal. That’s okay, but let’s be real, the chances of getting a fair shake from these liberal-leaning judges are slim to none. It’s like asking a wolf to judge a sheep beauty pageant – it’s just not gonna happen.
The other option for Trump is to take his case directly to the Supreme Court. And why shouldn’t he? Those justices don’t always get it right, but at least there’s a chance that they might consider the facts, the Constitution, and the deep state conspiracy against him. I hope he takes this route because it’s clear that only the highest court in the land can give Trump the justice he deserves.
We reached out to Trump’s presidential campaign for comment, but they were too busy fighting off the liberal media’s constant attacks to respond. It’s just a shame that such a powerful and effective leader like Trump has to deal with these baseless criminal charges. But mark my words, folks, the truth will come out in the end, and the liberal witch hunt against Trump will be exposed for what it is – a desperate attempt to silence a true conservative voice.
