Former President Donald Trump is pulling out all the stops to get his name back on the 2024 presidential ballot after being barred by the liberal Colorado Supreme Court. The court, packed with Democratic appointees, cited the 14th Amendment in their decision to remove Trump from the ballot, claiming he participated in an “insurrection” during the events of January 6, 2021.

But hold the phone! It’s important to note that Trump has not been charged or convicted of any crime related to insurrection. That’s right, folks. The left-wing court seems to be grasping at straws to keep Trump out of the running. Trump’s legal team is boldly taking the fight to the U.S. Supreme Court, firmly standing for the Constitution and the rights of the American people. Trump campaign attorney Harmeet Dhillon proudly posted their petition and declared loyalty to the former president.
The clock is ticking as the battle rages on. Colorado must decide whether to move forward without the Supreme Court’s decision by placing Trump on the ballot, even as the former president fights to clear his name and secure his rightful place on the election ticket.
And that’s not all, folks. The Democrats are trying to keep Trump off the ballot in other states too! Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows made her own unilateral decision to prevent Trump from appearing on the ballot in her state. But Trump’s campaign isn’t backing down. They’re appealing each and every decision in their relentless quest to ensure the American people have the opportunity to vote for their preferred candidate.
Despite these clear attempts to silence him, Trump remains the front-runner in the Republican primary race and even leads President Joe Biden in recent general election polls. The people want Trump, and the left-wing courts can’t stop the will of the people!
