By dismantling federal mandates, he underscores the principle that hiring and training should be based on merit and qualifications, not on the color of one’s skin. As these developments unfold, one can only imagine the panic spreading among progressives who thrived on the confusion and identity politics of the past few years. With their prized DEI programming being dethroned in some quarters, their cries for “inclusivity” ring more hollow than ever.
