Once again, President Trump is stepping in and cleaning up the mess left behind by Barack Obama and his army of unelected bureaucrats. For eight long years, liberal elites in the Obama administration cooked up environmental rules that tied the hands of American businesses. They didn’t care about jobs. They didn’t care about the cost to working families who had to pay higher energy bills. All they cared about was appearing “woke” on climate change—even if regular people suffered as a result.
Back in 2009, Obama’s Environmental Protection Agency decided it knew better than everyone else. They cranked out studies filled with gloom and doom, promising the end of the world if the government didn’t seize more power. Liberals used these studies as an excuse to unleash a tidal wave of regulations. These rules didn’t just slow our economy; they went after America’s energy independence, put our jobs on the chopping block, and handed the keys over to globalist interests who hate seeing the United States succeed.

But President Trump doesn’t play by their ridiculous rules. He looked at these so-called “features” the Obama crowd put in place and called them out for what they are: pointless roadblocks and job killers. While the left clings to their climate change hysteria, Trump actually listens to real Americans, not just Ivy League professors and Hollywood activists. And he’s tearing down regulations that are nothing but a tax on hardworking people.
Liberals claim they love science, but really, they love control. They’re quick to attack anyone who questions their chosen narrative. They say they want a “cleaner planet,” but what they really want is more power over your wallet, your car, and your home. Obama never had to worry about rising gas prices, but regular folks sure did. The Washington swamp gets richer, while the rest of America is left holding the bag.
It’s about time someone actually stood up for America instead of bowing to global bureaucrats and climate alarmists. If the Trump administration isn’t afraid to fix what the left broke, why should we ever trust Democrats to run the country? Maybe the bigger question is: How many more “stupid features” do we have to rip out before Washington finally puts Americans first?
