Finally, some real leadership is back in Washington. The Trump administration just pulled the plug on the woke DEI agenda, infecting our Federal Aviation Administration. For too long, leftists have turned our nation’s skies into a social experiment, putting diversity quotas ahead of actual safety. Look where that got us. Last year, a deadly midair crash at Reagan National Airport killed 67 innocent Americans. The left plugged its ears and refused to accept the obvious — this nonsense isn’t just bad policy, it’s deadly.
Instead of hiring the best and brightest to keep Americans safe, Democrats pushed identity politics onto the FAA. Suddenly, it mattered more which box employees checked than whether they could do the job. It’s no surprise that with this toxic focus on “equity,” standards slipped and chaos followed. That tragedy at Reagan should have been a wake-up call, but liberals would rather defend their narrative than defend American lives.

Let’s be honest: DEI is just a fancy cover for anti-American, globalist ideology. Bureaucrats obsessed with diversity don’t care about results — they care about checking off lists and virtue signaling to their friends in the media. Real Americans pay the price while the elites pat themselves on the back. That’s not compassion; that’s criminal stupidity.
President Trump saw through the charade and did what true leaders do: he put the safety of the American people first. By axing the DEI nonsense, he tells the world that in America, merit matters again. If you want to work at the FAA — or any agency with lives on the line — you’ll be judged on your performance, not your politics, identity, or pronouns.
The question is, why did it take a national tragedy and dozens of lost lives to wake up our government? How many more disasters will it take before liberals admit their radical experiment was a failure? With Trump back at the helm, at least Americans can fly knowing competence is back in the cockpit, and the left’s reckless games are grounded for good.
