Fulton County Sheriff Pat Labat is getting ready for a potentially groundbreaking event: the indictment of former President Donald Trump in Fulton County. If the grand jury decides to indict Trump, he will be treated just like any other person accused of a crime, which means he will have to go through the muhshot and fingerprinting routine. Sheriff Labat made it clear that Trump’s status doesn’t exempt him from these procedures, stating, “Unless somebody tells me differently, we are following our normal practices, and so it doesn’t matter your status, we’ll have a mugshot ready for you.” Well, well, well, it looks like the former president might have to add a mugshot to his collection of pictures!

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has been making some noise as well, stating that she will reveal her charging decisions later this month. Ooh, the suspense is killing us! This comes in addition to the other legal troubles brewing around Trump, including an indictment in a 2020 election interference probe and ongoing grand jury investigations. My oh my, it seems like Trump just can’t catch a break! But hey, the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office wants to make it crystal clear that they’re treating Trump like any other old citizen accused of a crime. These preparations go hand in hand with the investigations happening in various jurisdictions. Looks like Trump’s legal troubles are far from over, folks!
