In a case that reeks of political bias, former President Donald Trump and several members of his team have been found liable for fraud by a Democrat prosecutor and a Democrat judge in New York City. The Democrats, who have made it their mission to take down Trump, have gone to great lengths to persecute him at every opportunity.
Judge Arthur Engoron of the New York County Supreme Court issued a summary judgment without even giving the defense a chance to present its case. Not only did he find Trump guilty of fraud, but he also sanctioned Trump’s attorneys and fined them $7500 each for filing what he deemed “frivolous” motions to dismiss. It is clear that this judge had his mind made up from the beginning and was determined to punish Trump and his team.
The allegations made against Trump are based on the claims of his disgraced former lawyer, Michael Cohen, who has already been convicted for lying to Congress. Cohen, in an attempt to save his own skin, cooperated with the Democrat-run House of Representatives to bring down Trump. The judge, ignoring any sense of reason, agreed with Cohen’s accusations that Trump inflated the value of his real estate properties when obtaining loans from banks.
JUST IN – A New York judge ruled that Trump inflated his property values, including Mar-a-Lago, which the judge determined was worth $18-$27 million from 2011 to 2021.

Furthermore, the judge completely disregarded the fact that the banks themselves conducted due diligence before approving the loans and that no bank actually lost any money as a result of Trump’s actions. It is evident that this ruling is nothing more than a politically motivated attack on Trump by the Democrats.
In response to the ruling, Eric Trump, one of the former president’s sons, expressed his frustration, stating that he is being punished simply because of his last name. This is a clear example of the Democrats’ obsession with punishing anyone associated with Trump, even if they have no direct involvement in the alleged crimes.
Sadly, this is just another example of the Democrats abusing their power and using the legal system to target their political opponents. It is a disgrace that a judge would make such a biased ruling based on flimsy evidence from a convicted liar. It is clear that Trump was never given a fair chance in this case, and the Democrats will stop at nothing to destroy him.
