Trump Nixes Conference, Teases “Irrefutable” Fraud Report

In response to the recent indictment of Donald Trump in Georgia, the former president called off a major news conference. He did this by announcing the cancellation on his social media platform, Truth Social.

On Tuesday, the Trump campaign announced that they would be filing a lawsuit against the state of Georgia and its officials, claiming that the results of the presidential election were “rigged.” The move came just a day after Fani Willis, the District Attorney for Fulton County, announced that she would indict the president and eighteen others.

In his highly anticipated announcement, Trump said that he would unveil a major report regarding the allegations of election fraud in Georgia. He claimed that it would prove his innocence and clear him of all charges.

Unfortunately, the cancellation of the press conference came as a surprise. Trump's legal team had advised him to delay releasing the report so that they could use it as evidence to his claims regarding the election fraud allegations.

Trump tried to make a few jabs at Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis during his announcement regarding the cancellation of the press conference. He noted that she was a candidate for publicity and that she presides over a violent crime and murder area.

Although it's disappointing for his followers, Trump noted that the report will be made public soon. He promised that it would be a “game-changer.” As for the future of the Trump presidency, let's keep waiting for more developments.
