Former President Donald Trump made a visit to the home state of his only remaining competition for the Republican presidential nomination, and he didn’t hold back when discussing former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley. During a Fox News town hall with Laura Ingraham, Trump made his stance on Haley’s refusal to drop out of the primary race very clear.
Ingraham started the conversation by mentioning a new poll showing Trump leading Haley by a significant margin in the state primary. The RealClearPolitics average of polling for the state also demonstrated a strong lead for Trump, with Haley trailing far behind.

Despite these numbers, Haley shows no signs of ending her campaign. In fact, she even called Trump a “disaster” in a defiant clip played by Ingraham. Trump didn’t hold back, commenting on the poor performance of Haley’s campaign and suggesting that she’s staying in the race because she doesn’t know how to get out.
Trump also hinted at the financial support behind Haley, suggesting that Democrats are funding her campaign to damage Trump before the anticipated rematch between him and incumbent President Joe Biden.
