President Trump is taking a bold and necessary stand against an out-of-control judiciary. In a daring move, his administration has decided to sue a panel of 15 federal judges in Maryland. These are not ordinary judges—they’re the poster children for judicial overreach. They’ve taken it upon themselves to issue automatic injunctions that block any federal immigration enforcement efforts in their jurisdiction. In simpler terms, they’ve handcuffed the executive branch, defying the will of Congress and trampling all over Supreme Court rulings.
Here’s the truth that the liberal media won’t tell you: since day one, liberals have been trying to sabotage Trump at every turn. The American people voted for Trump because they wanted actual enforcement of laws, not more endless debates and inertia. But that’s precisely what’s been happening thanks to these black-robed activists who believe they have the right to legislate from the bench. More injunctions have been slapped on Trump in his first 100 days than in the century from 1900 to 2000. That’s utter insanity.

It’s not just Democrats behind these absurd rulings, either. Even so-called Republican appointees are getting in on the act, ruling against Trump’s administration in more than 70 percent of cases. It’s as if there’s a bipartisan effort to undermine the presidency. Why are these judges permitted to decide what’s good for the entire nation based on their own bias and political leanings?
Trump isn’t just battling Democrats. He’s wrestling an entrenched system that’s hell-bent on maintaining the status quo. Every time Trump makes a move that’s in line with American values—and values that once had bipartisan support—he’s stonewalled by yet another misguided judge. They’re blocking deportations, keeping bureaucratic bloat, and even siding with gender radicals. Are judges supposed to be activists now, too?
Trump’s lawsuit against this federal court is absolutely justified. It’s time these judges remember they are interpreters of the law, not creators. They need to stop pretending they’re umpires while they fix the game from the sidelines. If courts can’t respect their roles, then it’s executive action time. Does America want leaders or backseat drivers?
