Trump Targets NYC: Two Rallies Spark Massive Conservative Surge!

In a recent interview on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures,” former President Donald Trump expressed his belief that there is an underlying resentment of President Joe Biden’s policies among Democrats, suggesting that this sentiment could lead to surprising outcomes in the upcoming presidential election. Host Maria Bartiromo playfully questioned Trump on the possibility of traditionally blue states, such as New York, turning in favor of the Republican Party.

With a touch of sarcasm, Bartiromo humorously asked if Trump would consider holding a rally in the South Bronx. Without missing a beat, Trump confidently responded, “Yeah, I think I will do that. And I think I’ll do one maybe at Madison Square Garden.” He then went on to elaborate on his reasoning.

Trump highlighted the notable changes that have occurred in New York over the past two years, referencing the increasing presence of migrants living on the streets and expressing his disbelief at the current state of the city. He believes that this shift has left New Yorkers angry and open to voting for a Republican candidate, even if they have traditionally been staunch Democrats. Trump stated, “I think they’re going to vote for me. So I think we’re going to give New York a heavy shot.”

Furthermore, the former president pointed out that rising crime rates have contributed to the dissatisfaction of New Yorkers. He also expressed optimism about the potential for other states, such as New Jersey, Virginia, New Mexico, and Minnesota, to be “flipped” in favor of the Republican Party.

Trump’s positive outlook coincided with the release of an NBC News poll, which indicated that he was leading Biden among registered voters. The survey showed Trump with 47 percent support, compared to Biden’s 42 percent. Additionally, Trump received higher ratings than Biden on key issues such as the economy, the border, and immigration.

Democratic pollster Jeff Horwitt highlighted the declining numbers for Biden compared to 2020 and referred to Trump’s presidency as being in peril. Meanwhile, Republican pollster Bill McInturff expressed doubt that these numbers could be overturned in time for the re-election.

As the 2024 election draws closer, it is clear that Trump remains confident in his ability to win over voters, despite being out of office for several years. With his characteristic charm and ability to engender a sense of excitement, Trump is determined to make his mark on the political landscape once again.
